When you are on the product page, you can choose available colors, sizes, and configuration of items after adding them to your cart.
Once an item is added to cart, you will see a message in the upper right corner of the site and the number of items in the cart will be displayed. You can go to the cart by clicking on its icon. In the cart you can change the number of items and see the preliminary cost of the order.
After making sure that everything is correct, click "Proceed to checkout. You will see the available shipping and payment methods. Selecting the method of delivery, fill in the necessary fields with the data of the recipient. Choose the method of payment and, if you choose payment on the site, pay for the order. Click "Checkout" to complete the order.
Wait for a call from an operator and automatic e-mail confirmation.
If your order is correct, you will receive an email confirming this.

Registration
To create an account, click "Login/Register" in the upper right corner of the site, then enter your e-mail, first name, last name, phone number and password.
You can register in the same way at checkout.
You can save your shipping address and billing information, as well as track your order, issue returns, and easily contact our customer service for your orders.
After clicking the "Login/Register" link, go to "I forgot my password" and then enter your email address provided during registration. We will send you a link to the page where you can create a new password.
To sign in to your member area, click "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the COSAS site.
After you enter your data and click "Login", an additional button "Profile" will appear on the top panel of the site - this is the Personal Cabinet.
Product and Availability
COSAS works with world-renowned manufacturers of fabrics in Europe and Turkey, represented exclusively at COSAS.
The material used for bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and other COSAS beddings is 100% organic cotton of OEKO-TEX® quality standard.
The delicate skin comes into contact only with natural materials, so it does not cause irritation and inflammation.
Thanks to the high quality materials, your sleep will be as comfortable as possible!
All goods available are marked as "In stock" or "Delivery 2-4 days" to the warehouse.
Goods marked - "Advance Order" have 2-3 days longer delivery time.
Also, if there is an "Add to cart" button to the right of the item image, it is available for ordering. If the item is out of stock, there will be a Report availability button instead of the In cart button.

Shipping
Orders are sent anywhere in Europe (except Russia and Belarus), Australia, North and South America and Asia (except North Korea).
Delivery is at a flat rate of 15 EUR/USD.
Free delivery for orders from 150 EUR/USD.
Delivery is made by a courier service depending on the country of the Customer - the single tariff for sending all orders is 15 EUR/USD.
The delivery time is 5 to 10 days for Europe and 7 to 20 days for Australia, North and South America and Asia.
Due to the large number of orders during the high season, delivery times can be increased by 2 to 5 days.

Payment
You can pay for your order by bank card when placing your order on the site. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. You may also pay online using PayPal.
When you place an order you can select "Online payment by card": the system will send you to a page for payment, where you must enter all the necessary details of your card or use the payment form Google Pay or Apple Pay.
When you click the "Pay" button, a message will appear informing you that your order has been successfully completed.
A copy of your invoice will be emailed to you after you submit your order.
Returns
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept the return of bedding and all components of a bedding set.
Other textile products for decor, kitchen or bath can be returned.
If the product is faulty or you have been sent a wrong item, you may return it regardless of the category. If the product is re-sorted or delivered defectively, COSAS assumes the cost of shipping the product to the customer and the cost of sending the product back.
If you receive any re-sorted or faulty items within 14 days of delivery of your order, you can return them.
The item must be new and retain its original appearance, all original labels and tags, otherwise we will not be able to accept the item for return.

In the case of reshipment of defective goods, COSAS assumes the costs of delivery to the customer and the cost of sending the goods for return.
We will refund the money within 7 days after we receive your package.
When you receive a product, if the package was damaged during transportation, you need to write a damage report together with the courier.
Then you should contact our Customer Service Department.

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery.
We will transfer the money within 7 days after receiving your parcel.
If the item is unsorted or delivered defective, COSAS assumes the costs of shipping the item to the customer and the cost of shipping the item back to COSAS.
Goods must retain their original appearance, all original labels and tags, otherwise we will not be able to accept a return.

You can create a return in your account in the "Orders" section. After you process the return in your personal account, you will receive your return paperwork by email to your contact email address.
Print your return paperwork. Then place the rejection form in the parcel along with the items. Seal the parcel and stick the return label on top of the parcel, covering the previous label.
You may now bring your return to the post office or parcel point.
Please note that all returned items must be in original condition and must be returned to us within the return period. Returned items will be carefully inspected and if they are not in their original condition, they will be sent back to you.
In the case of overshipment or delivery of faulty goods, COSAS covers the cost of shipping the goods to the customer and the cost of sending the goods back to COSAS.
If you received the correct product and decided to return for your own reasons - you will pay the cost of return of your purchase yourself according to the carrier rates in your area.
The money will be transferred within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the item to the return.
Size selection
A sizing guide can be found on the site in the top Size Grid panel.
If you already have similar products by COSAS or a similar brand that fit you well, the best way to get your size right is to look at the size markings on past models and order the exact same one.

You can order the tailoring of individual size.
The minimum number of items on individual tailoring in one size - 3 pcs.
The cost of individual parameters you will be notified by manager at the time of reception of the order.
All products according to individual parameters are paid 100% by the start of work.
